Four days loading and gaining my 5 lbs and on the CR500 diet phase one I have lost 10 lbs.
A couple of times I felt a little hungry, really all in your mind. Remember no caffeine, no sugar and no pop.
I feel peppy and alert!
Day 18...I'm done 2 pant sizes and 14lbs...there have been no problems with hunger, strength, or energy.
Day 30....I've lost 21 lbs and 6 pants sizes...Count them I said 6 pant sizes...
Sooo...Today I decide if I'm feeling good with that or continue for another 10 days....
I decided to go 5 more days and not my final weight lost is 24 lbs...maintenance for 4 weeks and then do it all again.....
